Launs ruby eyes widened and she could feel her heart skip loudly in her ears. What was he doing? What should she be doing about this? Was this a friend thing? Did friends kiss food off other friends arms? No. That couldn't be it. She meet his gaze through hooded lashes. Maybe this was something you were suppose to just go with. Right? She swallowed all the questions forming in her throat and said softly, "does it taste good?"

Dorian's golden gaze fluttered up to meet her ruby one. He nodded his head slightly in regards to her question "It's sweet..." he trailed off murmuring low against her skin the desire apparent in his voice. He lifted his head and with the arm he still held captive he pulled her body close against his, placing her arm on his shoulder. He lowered his hand to her waist, his hand sliding to the small of her back to bring her waist flush against his "I'm sure you taste sweeter though"

A sigh escaped her lips as his hand ran down her back, making her arch back so their bodies pressed together. She could feel his chest rise against hers with each breath he took and every breath she took in turn was full of his scent. He was attacking her again. Making her head fuzzy and her chest tighten and her knees weaken all at once. Her voice was weak as she finally spoke back to him, "why don't you find out?"

With her permission Dorian leaned down close. His head tilted instinctively and his hand rose to her chin in which he gently guided her face to his. He closed his eyes and gently captured her lips in a kiss. Her lips were soft, much softer than he had imagined and it seemed it would be much harder now to not take advantage of her curiosity.

The troops who had swarmed outside the ship hesitated at the devastatingly loud roar. The ground underneath their feet shook and they took a step back. They had been warned about the girl, but they didn't think they'd be facing her so soon.

The other man's warning fell on deaf ears. Being a human and growing up on what little remained of earth Dorian never had much experience with other races.. or how dangerous they might be. "Laun!" he shouted, a sad attempt to bring his friend back to reality. Dorian reached out to her, his hands placing firmly on her shoulders. He pulled her closer to his body, giving her a slight shake "Laun" He repeated his voice more shakey this time, his hands reaching to cup her cheeks to turn her face towards him "Laun, come back to me" he whispered low enough for just her to hear, his thumbs stroked her cheek softly.

She quieted as Dorian grabbed her and turned her towards him. It seemed to be working, her eyes settled on him and the fire in them seemed to calm down as they meet his golden orbs.

Yogi was shocked that the girl seemed to be reacted to Dorian. He had seen a dragon loose control when he was younger and they were never so easy to settle. He let go of Bay's arm and quickly moved for the gun on the ground she had abandoned. Once in his hands he turned it to the woman.

Laun's eyes caught the movement behind Dorian and reacted instantly. Her left hand swung back and knocked him away from her, sending him skidding across the floor and leaving sharp claw marked into his chest. She roared again, bending forwards by the force she put out. The horns on her head began to grow up and curl into sharp points that aimed dangerously at the people in front of her. The point from her horn that had been shot off did not grow back, the end just stuck out like pieces of broken glass.

Bay quickly made a run for the open door, she had not signed up to fight a dragon, her only mission had been to collect the girl. She reached into a pouch behind her waist and pulled out a communicator. "The girl has reacted! She's started to change!" She yelled into the device as she ran towards the gate of the dock.

Yogi saw the woman take of but couldn't go after her. He ran over to Dorian and grab his arm, pulling him up to his feet. The gun he had grabbed was pointed at Laun as she leaned down as if she was getting ready to pounce them. "Get out of here! You can't stop her you idiot!" He pushed the back of the mans shirt while firing two shots at the ground in front of laun. The girl only roared in outrage, the change that had started in her fingers was spreading up her arms, leaving black green scales glistening evily at the pair.

Dorian sat stunned against the wall, the fresh wound burned his skin and the heat of the blood that oozed out only aided to the sensation. He was jerked to his feet and he stumbled down the ladder only to be met with a squad full of troops who had their guns loaded and pointed towards the door. "They're going to kill her!" Dorian shouted over the girl's angry roars, he fought against the man's grip. She was going to calm down, why did he have to interfere?

BG heard Bay's cries over the intercom, adrenaline rushed through his veins. Did he hear correctly? Yes! He clenched his fist in excitement. He had been waiting years for the girl to react and to change. And finally he was getting exactly what he wanted. He stood quickly moving around the desk. He would go fetch the girl for himself, he wanted to see her power with his own eyes.

Yogi continued to push him away from the ship until the reached the first few soldiers. They grabbed him to hold him back. "They won't kill her! He wants her this way." Yogi was frustrated with the boy, hey knew it was a lot to take it but right now was not the time to play hero. A crunching sound came from the ship and Laun reached the door and wrapped her claws around the openings. The metal bent easily under her grasp and she tore at it before exiting the ship. She was changing more rapidly. Her long hair had become short and the spread of scaled was all the way up her arms and reaching up her neck. A long tail was swinging madly behind her, hitting the ship and bending it just like her claws.

"Guns up!" One of the soldiers yelled and all the guns in the troops were pointed at the girl. "This is high grade tranquillizer kid. It won't kill her but we hope it will at least knock her out!" He called out to Dorian, seeing the worry in his eyes. They held their guns pointed until she came closer and roared out at them once again. "First group fire!" The front line of soldiers shot darts into the girl. She waved her arms trying to knock them away. The ones that hit the scales bounced off but a couple landed against her stomach and legs, parts that had not change yet and stuck. This only made her angrier. She reached down and dung her claws into the floor, pulling up a big chunk and hurled it at the troops. The men pushed back trying to get out of the way.

Dorian finally settled back against the troops. It was hard to say he was relieved to know that they were just using tranquilizes.

The troops scattered, avoiding the sharp metal she whirled about. They quickly regrouped and shot the second round of tranquilizers. This time more careful to shoot the few remaining bits of flesh.

BG’s ship arrived quickly and he entered the hull at the same speed remaining in the door way. She wasn’t even fully transformed and yet she was displaying such strength. His chest swelled with pride.

Laun had already been shot with over a dozen tranquilizers. She was beginning to stagger when she reached for more metal to fling. The animal in her yelled out angrily and she grabbed at the darts that where sticking in her.

Yogi noticed Dorian had calmed down and moved over to him. He put his hand on his shoulder and nodded at the guards to release him.

Laun gave a last weak growl before slumping to her knees. Her eyes were hazy, reverting back to her normal crimson color. They drew up, searching the crowd for his familiar golden orbs. The scales on her began to withdraw from his skin, crawling over the smooth tan surface. She was barely conscious as she found Dorian, her eyes pleading for his help. Once her skin had returned to normal she lost her strength and fell to the ground. Her green hair scattered under her like a field of grass.

Dorian stepped forwards cautiously, his eyes searching over laun’s body ((ohlalala)) for any sign of remaining threat. He gently pushed past Yogi to move closer to the girl. Her breathing was labored and slow. He swallowed the lump in his throat and just before he reached Laun there was a sharp pain in the back of his neck. His fingers reached up to feel the feathery end of the tranquilizer and before he could turn to see who shot him, he fell to his knees, his vision quickly growing dark.

BG lowered the gun he held in his hands. He was not going to risk this boy being around Laun anymore. “Cuff the boy and take him to base.” he pushed through the troops passing off the gun to one of the many soldiers awaiting command. He moved to Laun and crouched down beside her limp body. He reached out to push the strands of hair which covered her face back. Such an innocent girl, such a perfect weapon. He picked her up holding her against his chest. He was going to make sure he was the first one she saw when she woke up. Good old reliable “daddy”.

Yogi snuck back through the group and quietly slipped away. He didn’t know what was going to happen to the pilot but the least he could do was go gather his things and give them to his sister. What ever they would take the boy she would be able to reach him hopefully. He didn’t want to get any more involved then he was.

Bay lowered her head as soon as she saw BG. She knew she had failed her mission to bring the girl back and he never took that lightly. She was shocked that he had come himself to collect her, maybe he would have forgotten her mistake.

Bg stopped beside Bay. His words were to capture laun unharmed and here he was, carrying her home. The shattered horn displeased him as well. "I'll speak to you at base" he addressed her without looking at her.

The trip to base was short. Bg took laun straight to his office he laid her out on the couch he had in his office and took his place behind his desk.

"Yes sir." She kept her face calm but she was filled with fear at what her punishment would be. She knew there would be no point in trying to give him excuses.

Three hours passed before Laun stirred from her place on the couch. "Dorian." She mumbled as she sat up, rubbing her hair. It was strange, she didn't remember the couch in the apartment being so comfortable. She looked around the office sleepily, "Dorian?" Where was he? Her eyes landed on BG and she sat up sharply. "F-father! W-what?" She finally relized where she was and stood up, "What happened? Where's Dorian?"

Bg finished flipping through the papers that laid on his desk. "Dorian?" He asked, confused. He looked off musing on who that might be. "Ahh, the pilot." He shook his head regretfully. "I'm afraid you won't be seeing him again." He stood from his desk and moved over to sit beside her on the small couch. His large hand taking its spot on his shoulder. "He ended up showing his cowardice and fled from duty when he was confronted by Bay"

Laun stared at the floor before her. The last thing she could remember was being in the apartment and then waking up here on the couch. She looked up at him confused, "Bay? No." She glared at him, "Dorian isn't a coward. He always protects me!" Her voice had risen, the first time she had ever yelled at her father before. Catching herself she calmed downand knotted her fists in her shirt looking down at her lap. She noticed then that the shirt she was wearing was torn and she reached up to pull at it. "What happened?"

Bg let his hand slip from his shoulder, disapointed with the harsh tone she took with him. Before that pilot had meddled she never would have dared acting out like this. He frowned and shrugged "Well I'm afraid Bay was very persuasive." His eyes traveled to her shirt and he shifted in his seat, sitting more upright and pulled off his jacket which he then wrapped around her shoulders. "I'm afraid there was an accident." He turned his body forward, letting his hands rest between his legs as he considered how he should explain the events of that evening to the girl. She didn't need to know that she had transformed just yet did she? That wasn't an option, BG couldn't have her developing a will of her own. He quickly fabricated an elaborate lie as to what had happened. "And that's all that I heard about it, after you were brought back home to me."

Laun couldn't stop the tears that filled her eyes. Could Dorian have really abandoned her. It's not like they had known each other that long, maybe he was just playing her, making her feel safe, he had kidnapped her after all. But what about that kiss? Her hand reached up to touch her lips, had that been fake too? She blushed and closed her eyes, her thoughts full of confusion and doubt. Who was she suppose to believe. She pulled the jacket tighter around her shoulders. There was no point in denying that she like the pilot but could those emotions just be blinding her from the truth? She felt another pain in her chest, but unlike the tight but pleasant pain that made her feel alive she had felt before, this was and empty pain. Just a cold empty feeling that constricted and twisted her muscles, making her bend forward and let the tears that pooled up fall.

"Wait," Yogi called after her and went to catch up. "I've actually been sent her to collect a girl. Think you could help?" He smiled innocently at her.

Trish sighed and tilted her head back, slightly aggravated now. She just wanted to go back to her room. "Who are you looking for?" She turned slightly more to face him.

Yogi could hear the irritation in her voice and decided he should make it quick before she started asking questions again. "Um. I believe its the sister of that kid. You know..." He leaned in to whisper, "The pilot who kidnapped the bosses daughter."

Trish's hands quickly shot up, she grabbed the front of Yogi's shirt and pushed him back against the wall with a forceful thud. She leaned in close, her expression full of worry and desperation "What do you know about Dorian!"

Yogi was shocked by the sudden agression and his brows rose high, "Ahh, the dominant type huh? I like it." He couldn't help it, when a beautiful woman man handles him it's hard to stay on subject. "Whoa wait! Your the sister?"

Trish's grip on his shirt loosened, she wasn't going to get far with this man if every other sentence was some sexual innuendo. She leaned back slightly keeping him at arms length. "Answer my question first."

"I can't say anything unless you're the sister. Top secret information you know. Can't just let any soldier dip thier nose into my private information." He pushed his weight against the wall, again giving her an innocent smile.

Trish's golden eyes traveled over the man's face, her eyes narrowing slightly. She was beginning to doubt him. If he was the only one offering information about Dorian she would have to go along with it. But only for a little while longer.

Her grip finally loosened and she took a step back, releasing him from the wall. “He is my little brother. Yes.” Before she could ask about his whereabouts the mess hall had begun to empty out. Soldiers began filling the halls, their noisy chatter disrupting their private conversation. “Come with me.” She demanded as she grabbed his wrist. She weaved and pushed through the crowd until they came to a much quieter end of the ship. She kept her grip tight on him until they reached her room.

The room was definitely lacking personality. There was no hint that a female, or anyone lived here at all, Save for a family portrait that sat on her bed stand. She pulled the chair out from her desk for Yogi and moved to sit on the corner of the bed. She was nervous to hear what he had to say and it showed in her actions. She was eager, no, desperate for some kind of good news.

Yogi took the seat that was offered by the girl and quickly made himself at home in it. He leaned back in it and rested his elbows on the desk behind him. The room was so typically soldier and spoke a lot about the woman’s character. He wondered if she was also the OCD type. Either that or these were the regulation for rooms around here. The bag that was stuffed with the pilots belongings was thrown onto the floor and pushed to the side by his thick leather boots. He made a note to keep the boots once he made his escape out of this place. “I didn’t recognize you in person. But those golden eyes should have been a dead giveaway. I must say they look much better on you.” He complimented her. It wasn’t really the time to be flirting with the woman, but damn. That man’s sister was smoking hot. He would have to remember to ask the pilot to put in a good word for him later. If there was a later for him, he thought darkly which reminded him why he was here. He bent forwards and drugged the bag to rest in between them. “This is your brother’s things. I collected them after he was taken from ((enter name of planet that I cannot remember, nor find)).” His eyes lowered then, the guilt he had been feeling for the last 24 hours since his comrades had been taken weighed down on him. “It’s my fault. That your brother was found. I know it won’t make up for my mistake but I’m sorry.”

Trish leaned down and pulled the bag up into her lap. She only partially listened the tiger across from her as she began sorting through the bag. Not at all surprised by what she found, she had always told Dorian to travel light and she was pleased to know he followed her advice. There was a slight glisten in the corner of the bag and Trish reached down to investigate but she stopped. The Tiger's last phrase struck a particular chord in her. “Excuse me?” She asked, her tone was sharp, leaving no room for the man to bullshit. Had he just said what she thought? It was a mistake she repeated in her mind in an effort to calm herself. “I want an explanation. Not some sad apology.” she spat. She didn't invite him here to help ease his pained mind. She wasn't a confessional.

"uh..." The woman was pretty scary. Would she kick his ass if he didn't answer it right? "Look. I was ordered to inform one of your soldiers their whereabouts. I didn't know they were going to come and almost kill the two. That's you bosses fault." He wasn't taking the blame for all of it, feeling guilty or not.

Maybe it was just a clumsy mistake, Trish sat still and did her best to retrain herself to allow the Tiger to finish. She could feel the rage boil in her as he blatantly tried to deny any blame.

Before one could blink Trish was across the room with Yogi underneath her, their bodies clattering to the floor with a loud crash. She sat above him straddling his body, her fist rose dangerously in the air, trembling with rage. Her other held a firm grip on his collar making any attempt to breath a slight struggle. "Because of you Dorian could be dead!" She cried her voice wavering at the sudden raise in pitch. "Giving direct information is not a mistake" her jaw clenched tightly to bite back the anger she wanted to unleash on the man.

She wanted to beat his smug face in. How dare he try to pass a direct betrayal as a mistake, how dare he come to her to make passes when he is the sole reason for Dorian's capture. Did he have some vendetta against her baby brother? Her fist lowered slightly, her baby brother...the thought of Dorian being gone had been weighing heavily on her mind all evening. She had been holding on to a slight glimmer of hope but now knowing that BG had sent someone to retrieve them directly she knew that now that was not likely the case.

Yogi should have been paying attention, since the woman above him was just moments away from beating his face in. But with every shift of her hips on his lower abdomen made his stomach clinch and his eyes draw down her tightly toned body. He smirked up at the girl above him ready to say something cocky and just a tad inappropriate but stopped at the look on her face. Great, he got a hot girl to straddle him but she’s crying over her brother. He cleared his throat, “Look. Your brother will be fine. I mean come on, it’s not like that guy would kill him.”
