Crash landed on planet weird

Laun strained against her seat belt as she tried to peer around curiously to see who was on the communicator. It was obviously a female and she seemed friendly with him. She puffed her cheeks out in annoyance. Was this really the time to be getting in touch with his girlfriend or whoever she was.

Yogi waved with a smile at the device when he saw the head on the screen look over at him. He unbuckled his seat belt and took a could strides to stand behind Dorian, leaning down with an arm on the back of his seat. "Now now. Isn't that top secret? Even for a pretty lady like yourself." Yogi didn't know who this woman was but he didn't like that she was trying to pry.

The blond girl scoffed at Yogi. "Why should it be top secret?" She leaned into the screen and pointed to herself proudly. "I am his sister after all, and everyone knows secrets between siblings is a sin. Right Dorian?" She looked over to her brother for confirmation.

"Whatever you say Trish." He turned his attention back to piloting for a moment until they were able to just drift through the vast expanse. "I haven't decided." He glanced back to Yogi, he could understand him getting upset at her question and he was a little surprised by the bluntness of it as well. So he figured it best to leave it open. "Wherever we end up I guess."

"Ahh an adventure then? No set destination. I like it." Yogi turned back to his seat and plopped down, "but of course not to far. We will need to refuel before to long. Maybe we should make a quick stop." He went over and dug around in the shelves before pulling out a map. Then proceeded to look over it for their best options. He would wait till the phone call was over before he inform Dorian of a good spot.

Laun really didn't understand why she felt relief at hearing it was just his sister. She leaned back in her seat, not having anything to contribute to their conversation, and watched the dark space outside. Pondering over the time she had spent away from base and with the man now piloting the ship. Her eyes drew away from the skies and onto him. She had experience a lot of new things and feelings since he had taken her from the base. Even though she knew that he had kidnapped her, that he was bad, she almost, almost, didn't want to go back.

She shook her head, repeating over and over to herself that he can't be trusted. He was lying. There was no way she should want to stay with him. He was bad! But as she watched him talking with yogi and his sister she just couldn't make herself believe that he really was.

Trish sighed heavily on the other end. "Well, wherever you end up, just make sure to stay in contact with me. OK?" She looked up to Yogi irritated that he had to interject. She turned back to her brother and smiled. "Well..." she paused "I love you." Her voice wavered slightly but she quickly talked over it "And make sure to take care of Laun!"

Dorian quickly fumbled with the monitor before shutting off. Although he loved his sister he was never one for open declarations. He turned back to Yogi, "So where is the closest place to refuel?"

Laun perked up when she heard her name called out by the woman’s voice. "Huh? How does she know me?"

Yogi took a pen a circled the closest planet that he knew would be plenty crowded to help keep their location discreet. Maybe if they were luck they wouldn’t be able to hang out there for a couple days. Yogi needed to get some information, and take care of the deal he had made. He tossed the map at Dorian.

Dorian glanced back at the green haired girl. "Do you really not recognize her?" Dorian picked the map that had fallen in his lap and looked over it. Seemed good enough. He'd been to the planet a couple times. It mostly served as a port and with everyone coming and going it would be the perfect place to hide out for awhile. He turned his attention back to Laun, finishing his thought from earlier. "She works under BG"

"There are a loooot of people who work for father. And most of the time people dont really hang around a lot." Laun unbuckled and stood up, walking over to him to peer down curiously at the map. "So we are going there? To get fuel?"

She had a point he thought. And he was pretty certain bg probably wouldn't even let her interact with most of them. He sighed and shifted some gears turning the ship on a direct path to the planet. "yeah and a little bit more than that" Dorian unbuckled his seat belt and settled into a more comfortable position. "We'll be there in less than an hour."

Laun stayed slightly bend over with her left hand on the back of the chair and her eyes curiously glued to the map that lay across Dorian’s lap. He was lightly holding the left side of the paper, keeping it in place even after he shifted in his seat. This was the first time she had ever seen a diagram of space before. There seemed to be hundreds of planets on the paper, all of different sized circles. Next to each one was a small list of the name, distance, and population of the planet. The writing was small and she had to lean in a little closer to read them. The slight movement caused her hair to drift down the side of her shoulder and lay in a puddle next to the page in his lap. This went unnoticed by the girl as she continued to read the tiny letters, now blocked from his view by a curtain of green hair.

Dorian's eyes were on the controls and the flashing lights of the dashboard. Everything was running smoothly considering the shape of the engine. He closed his eyes and relaxed in his seat just enjoying the hum of the machinery until he felt something soft tickle his hand. He opened his eyes and looked down at the cascade of green hair that had now obstructed his view. He let the map slip out of his hand and he gently took a lock of the girl's hair and twirled it about his fingers. He lifted it up and turned his golden eyes to examine her "You smell sweet." he finally spoke. Soft enough for only her to hear.

Rudy irises climbed slowly almost reluctantly up a dark cotton shirt that tried but failed to hide the man's lean muscular chest. They continued their travel past his collar bone, over his Adam's apple, pausing just for a breath at thin wide lips (idk what you want his lips to look like), and came to a stop when they finally meet his golden stare. Her chest throbbed as her heart beat quickened, a feeling that was becoming all too familiar, yet she still didn't understand why it happened.

Normally she would have pulled back but something in those narrow yellow brown eyes held her there. Making her feel trapped and causing a weakness to spread through her knees. Her small hands gripped the armrest of the chair as she shifted her weight onto her arms for fear that her knees might buckle.

He had said something. She was sure. But her mind was reeling from everything she was taking in; he was attacking all her senses making it impossible to come up with a reply. His soft whispering voice vibrated in her ears, the warmth she felt radiating off his body, the unmistakable male sent that filled her nose, and the gold flecked orbs that held her eyes. Her mouth watered as she felt her tongue slide out to moisten her now dry lips. Her body craved the final step, wanting to know how he tasted.

She suddenly jerked back; her fingers combed her hair nervously as she blushed and chuckled oddly, “A-ah…That’s the vanilla shampoo… that I used in the bath…this morning.” She mumbled, adding on more then was necessary.

Yogi watched them from his seat and had to keep himself from laughing. The girl was to innocent and too obvious.

“Vanilla,” Dorian groaned, the desire apparent in his voice. Being so close to the girl he instinctively tilted his head up but was only met by her flailing. “Right.” He quickly cleared his throat and turned back to the controls, his posture straightening. “You should pick some more of that up.” He swallowed the lump in his throat before adding “It's nice.” He kept his head turned to hide the slight blush that had tinged his cheeks. He didn't want her, or Yogi who was definitely getting a kick out of this any satisfaction.

"Ah. Okay." Laun moved back into her seat behind him and smiled at his form. Happier then she should be that he liked her shampoo. She decided with determination that would be the first that she did when they landed.

Yogi leaned back into his chair once his entertainment was over. “I really must know, what happened to make the two of you get chased down by aliens together? As hormonal as ya’ll seem to be I doubt ya’ll are runaway lovers or anything like that. Now I could easily see you getting into trouble for stealing or some shit.” He said to Dorian. “But her. She seems harmless.”

Dorian glanced at the orange haired male through the corner of his eye. "I resent that." Besides this little incident Dorian's record was almost spotless. Almost. He shrugged not wanting to go into any detail about the situation with a stranger. "Just some conspiracy theory shit."

When the next planet finally came into view, Dorian took the appropriate actions to begin landing the ship.

"Oh how vague." Yogi smiled innocently and strapped his seat belt on, "Better buckle up princess. Parking can be a little rough."

"Don't call me that!" Laun huffed and she clicked her belt together and held onto the straps nervously. The last landing they had didn't turn out so great but at least this time they weren’t being shot at. She looked back at Yogi suddenly, "Hey. What does hormonal mean?"

Yogi couldn't stop himself from cracking up. Finally calming down he looked at the girl who now held an irritated expression from being laughed at. "How bout you ask me that again when the captain isn't on board. I'll be happy to show you."

Laun frowned at him, she had a feeling she didn’t want to ask him anything when Dorian wasn’t around.

Dorian flashed him a cheeky smile in return, he was still irritated at his sister's nosiness. He didn't want to hear it from Yogi either. After checking the radar and double checking the information he had about the planet and their docking process Dorian entered the atmosphere. The ship trembled and jerked as they accelerated, pushing through the layers of their ozone. The landscape was mostly grey, due to the dense cities that littered the planet the only color that was noticeable was the neon colors that blared from the signs and advertisements. As they neared the docking station the engines rotated down with a groan but they instantly slowed the ship down enough for Dorian to easily navigate into the stations hull. The ship finally touched the ground with a shudder and the dark haired pilot leaned back against the seat, his hands gripping the wheel tightly. He paused for a moment then sighed before chuckling "You made it!" he cheered for his ship as he leaned down to pat the dashboard. "good girl."

After parking the ship a man came and Dorian went off with him to negotiate their docking fare. Laun and Yogi both left the stationed area and walked through the tunnel that lead from the ships parking to the city inside. Laun's eyes grew wide as the metal door slid open to the busy city. It looked like hundreds of people filled the streets before them, stopping at shopping stalls and going in and out of the businesses that littered the road.

Laun stepped forward, amazed at all the sights but was jerked back by Yogi's hand on her shoulder. A small motorized bike zoomed past where she was just standing, blaring it's horn as it shot through the crowds.

"What was that?!" Laun watched after the bike until it disappeared into the mass of people. Before Yogi had time to answer her about the motorcycle the green haired girl took off, crossing the small street to one of the stands that faced them. It was a small stand consisting of a foldable table with a cloth draped over it and a giant umbrella blocking the sun from the large woman who sat behind it. The table was covered in small trinkets and hand made jewelry. Laun looked with wonder at all the pieces. She had never seen anything so pretty. None of the woman back at base wore any jewelry. Laun had only seen things like that in the magazines she would collect. She reached out and picked up a red beaded necklace, holding it up to the sun. The light reflected off the beads, flicking scarlet lights on the girls hand.

"Those are glass," Yogi spoke as he leaned over her shoulder, giving a disapproving glance at the merchandise spread before them, "This is all fake."

The woman huffed angrily at the man, laying her hand fan and her drink down, "If your not buying then move on!"

Laun reluctantly set the necklace back onto the table and glared up at the orange haired man. “Look, you made her mad.”

Yogi stood and backed up, “What? I was just telling you what it was. You were acting like it was some high priced piece.” He shoved his hands in his pocket and wondered off to the next stall, bummed but not sure why the girl was getting mad at him.

After wrapping up his discussion with the renter Dorian glanced around the hull for the two he arrived with. He finally ventured outside and naturally couldn't miss the green hair that identified his travel companion. He trotted across the street to catch up with her, weaving his way through the crowd. He stopped and looked over her shoulder at all the jewelry that laid out across the table, "You're into this stuff?"

Laun blushed at being caught by Dorian and blurted defensively, "S-so what? I'm a girl after all. Girls like this stuff!" Well, she thought girls did. She didn't know much about being girly but she was sure that jewelry was a start. Next would probably be dresses and shoes. She kept her eyes from looking up at him, for some reason telling Dorian these things embarrassed her but a moment ago when Yogi saw her looking at them she didn't feel that way at all.

The sales woman perked up when Dorian came over and quickly switched to sales mode, "Ah, here to buy your girlfriend a necklace? What a sweet boy you have." She cooed at Laun then reached out and pointed at the red necklace with her folding fan, "I believe you've had your eye on this one, right sweetie? Why don't you tell him you like it." She then looked at Dorian. "It goes beautifully with her eyes doesn't it dear?" She gushed up to them, feeling confident in the sale.

Laun tensed up, feeling more embarrassed, "No! He's not! I don't like it!"

The saleslady deflated, "What do you mean! Of course you do!" She quickly looked angry, "Don't be loitering in front of my stand then!"

Laun glared at the woman, “Ha! Who would want to loiter in front of this junk!“ She huffed at her and began walking away. She knew she was being mean but the crazy lady had started it.

“What a foul girl!” The woman shook her fan angrily then noticed Dorian still stood there and turned quickly back to her job, “Ah, only a pretty piece of jewelry could make that fair lady happy again~!”

Dorian stood there awkwardly as the two women argued, shocked at how quickly things escalated. He didn't really know what to make of the scene and watched as Laun stormed off. His body lurched forward to go after her but he resisted and stopped to look down at the necklace. He picked up the piece of jewelry in his fingers, looking it over. The color did match her eyes perfectly, but was she really into this stuff? He frowned, buying gifts was never something he was particularity good at. When would even be an appropriate time to give it to her? He stroked his chin in thought for a moment before throwing the cash on the table and running after the girl before she completely disappeared. Shoving the necklace into his pocket for later.

Laun procedded to stop by almost all the shops that stood along the road, curious about all the different handmad goods that the merchants sold. While Dorian was keeping up with the girl Yogi wondered off to talk to a few townspeople. Questioning them about local inns they would be able to stay out. After he had got the information he needed he made his way over to a communicator dock. It was time to make good on his deal.

"Oh wow! Dorian look at these!" She hurried over to a group of cages that held serveral exotic animals, from normal house pets, such as dogs and cats, to more wild creaturs such as owls and even a hiyena. She bent down in front of one that held an animal that looked like a shaggy haired dog, except its nose was thin and long. It's hair was thick in shades of white and grey.

"Haha, an anteater huh? That would be a weird pet to own." Yogi appeared next to Dorian, looking down at the girl bending before the cage. " I found some places stay if you want to go check them out. If the little lady is down window shopping."

Laun puffed up at him, "there are no windows."

Dorian shoved his hands into his pockets and looked around at all the animals. "Is it even legal to sell this stuff?" He nudged the cage with the anteater with his foot gently and looked up to Yogi. "Yeah, lets just go." he glanced down at Laun and added teasingly "I have a feeling she'd never get leave this place if we didn't intervene." While Dorian couldn't help himself from laughing at some of the things the girl questioned it was hard not to find her curiosity admirable.

Yogi shrugged at Dorian's question, he didn't know the laws on the distribution of animals, nor which ones where endagered or not. He really didn't care either, they were just small brained creatures in his opinion.

Laun slapped Dorian's leg away after he had nudged the cage and ignored his teasing remark. She gave the anteater a sad look before standing up. "Poor things. Kept in such small cages." Laun could relate a little to the animals. She had always felt caged up as she grew up. BG was kind in taking her in and raising her but he could also be very strict with where she could go or what she could do. At least she had a nice home, a luxury these animals did not have. There cages where metal and uncomfortably small, covered in grim and most likely feces residue. She turned away from them and looked up at Dorian, "Let's go then." There was nothing she could do for the animals.
